Strange Session Behaviour

I'm getting some strange results trying to add logged in user details from session variables in PHP. It's odd and I can't figure out why.
i'm editing iflychatuserdetails.php. If I pass any text name it works fine, it I pass it a text variable it works fine, but as soon as I pass it data from the session either directly or indirectly it comes up blank.

// displays on the page correctly
echo $_SESSION["awaccname"];

// only shows the equals signs
// (without the equals it considers it blank and shows guest instead)
$iflychat_userinfo = new iFlyChatUserDetails("==".$_SESSION["awaccname"]."==", 1);

Any thoughts on why this might be?

oxwall plugin not working

Hi, I had the chat working last night , via a Oxwall installation. I have updated the API key and re installed the plugin to Oxwall, but the chat no longer shows. Any idear as to what has happened ?

Hi,

Is there any special pricing for NPOs? I can see how great the plugin is, having used the free version on my website for around 3 weeks now, but it's free features are very limited.

But at the same time, the premium services are very costly for NPOs. Especially those that don't even run on donations. I hope there is, as it would be a shame and disappointment for such a great plugin to not support NPOs.

Hello,
I have upgraded my plan from the free to the basic and i am still seeing it as free in my dashboard. On to that when i had the free plan the chat was wokring perfectly. As soon as i upgraded it it stopped working. Any assistance with this is greatlu appreciated.

You guys deleted both forum posts, I'm sorry but that doesn't seem professional. You haven't answered the email either. The forum is so that we can discuss issues isn't it? Why delete it guys instead of updating us with helpful information so we can understand and prepare for what is going on. Give us something here. I have users emailing me on the chat room being gone.

Hi I upgraded my account this morning (12 hrs ago)but the api is still showing the free one. I want it changed asap. The customer care is shocking. Iv been running round in circles. I will cancel my subscription if no helps me.
