Hello I need to know if it is possible for a user (not admin) to create a chat room?
We want to allow users on our site to create rooms with their friends but I do not want to grant them admin level
Please let me know

Currently it is not possible to create room at the user level.
Are you looking for a invitation based chat room where users can invite some of his friends to a personal room and chat with them? Or is it something different?
