Cannot send chats

Hello, we cannot send chats from within our business network. Port 80 and 443 are enabled but the email says to make sure they are enabled.  Since they are, what else could be the reason for our inability to send and receive only from within this network?  Could Time Warner cable be blocking iflychat?

Are you able to use chat outside your business network? If yes, then most likely this is a firewall issue.
