In an ipad, kindle or any touch screen interface, there is no way to ban people. There is no mouse so there is no mouseover that one can use to get the ban button.

We are developing commands for this.
At the moment, a person can be kicked out by using this command: #kick#username
This can be typed inside any chat window.
The ban command would soon be available.
The usual kick/ban popup button would still work.
