When you are scrolling through the list of chat messages as a moderator your mouse inevitably hits each user's name. This covers up the message. See the image below.

I recommend either adding a button to bring up those kick and banning options rather than a hover, or float them to the left of the chat window so they don't cover the message.

Hi,
We have changed the positioning of the kick/ban tooltip to the right side of the name so that it wont cover the chat messages.
