This chat can be used to provide support to your customers and answer their queries. In this scenario, the site visitors won't be able to talk to other visitors, instead they would only see support staff.

 

In order to use live chat or support chat in WordPress, follow the steps give below:

 

• Install chat as explained in this installation guide - https://iflychat.com/installation/wordpress-chat-plugin 

 

• Next, go to Settings > iFlyChat Settings within WP Admin Dashboard 

 

• Set 'Select which chat software to use' option to 'Support Chat'

 

 

In WordPress iFlyChat Plugin, all admins of WordPress website are considered as support staff.
